Essential Customer Notice & Parcel Protection
Pack and seal your parcel securely before pickup. Fragile and important items require protective packaging by the customer. ASANI SE does not provide automatic parcel insurance. For eligible verified loss or damage directly attributable to the delivery service, maximum compensation is limited to the lower of 10 times the final delivery fare or the parcel’s proven value. Claims must be raised within 24 hours with supporting evidence. Prohibited or illegal items are not permitted.
Always place items in a sealed envelope, securely taped carton, or carry pouch. Riders do not provide packaging material.
Double-check the recipient phone number so the rider can coordinate entry upon arrival and obtain the delivery OTP.
If you live in a gated society or corporate park, please approve security entry promptly to avoid rider wait charges.
