Essential practical tips for smooth and uninterrupted deliveries
Parcel Packaging & Limited Compensation Notice:
Pack and seal your parcel securely before pickup. Fragile and important items require protective packaging by the customer. ASANI SE does not provide automatic parcel insurance. For eligible verified loss or damage directly attributable to the delivery service, maximum compensation is limited to the lower of 10 times the final delivery fare or the parcel’s proven value. Claims must be raised within 24 hours with supporting evidence. Prohibited or illegal items are not permitted.
Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securely boxing, taping, or sealing items before handing over to the rider.
Waiting & Access Time
Please ensure parcel readiness upon rider arrival to prevent excessive waiting at pickup gates.
Toll & Parking Fees
Any mandatory paid parking or toll fees incurred during entry are payable directly as per actual receipts.
Prohibited Items
Cash, hazardous chemicals, fragile unpadded glass, and contraband items cannot be shipped under any circumstances.
