Zero Tolerance Policy
Delivery partners are authorized to inspect outer packaging and refuse carriage of any prohibited, suspicious, or hazardous material. Any attempt to transport illegal contraband will be reported directly to local Ahmedabad law enforcement agencies.
Forbidden Item Categories
Narcotics, illegal drugs, unprescribed psychotropic substances, pirated goods, stolen property, and any items prohibited by Indian statutory law.
Firearms, ammunition, fireworks, gunpowder, petrol, diesel, kerosene, pressurized aerosol canisters, and flammable chemicals.
Physical currency notes, gold bullion, loose precious gems, bearer bonds, and untracked negotiable instruments.
Industrial acids, biohazards, infectious clinical specimens, corrosive bleaches, and radioactive materials.
Cooked meals, raw meat, unsealed liquid gravies, and unpackaged perishable food (ASANI SE is a parcel-only platform in Phase 1).
Pets, livestock, birds, reptiles, insects, or fragile unpotted plants.
Unpadded glass mirrors, unboxed neon signs, and fragile ceramics without protective bubble wrap.
