Rider Partner Terms

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Delivery partners operate as independent service providers and not as employees or agents of ASANI SE. Partners choose their own working hours and login availability.

2. Onboarding & KYC Documentation

Partners must provide valid Driving License, RC, Vehicle Insurance, and identity documentation. Falsification of documents results in immediate and permanent account suspension.

3. Payouts & Settlement Policy

Trip earnings, waiting compensation, and completed bonuses are settled to the registered bank account or UPI on a regular schedule without arbitrary withholdings.

4. Code of Conduct & Safety Regulations

• Mandatory helmet wearing and adherence to Gujarat Motor Vehicle rules.
• Respectful, professional interaction with senders and recipients.
• Zero tolerance for tampering with packages, unauthorized parcel opening, or extortion of unbilled charges.
