By accessing or using the website (theasanise.com) or the ASANI SE mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Service Description & Operational Scope

ASANI SE operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent two-wheeler delivery partners for local point-to-point transportation of eligible parcels within designated service zones in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (initially Gota and nearby localities).

3. Customer Obligations & Packaging

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all parcels are securely sealed, padded, and safely packaged for two-wheeler transport before handing them over to the rider.
• You warrant that the parcel does not contain any item listed under our Prohibited Items Policy.
• You must provide accurate pickup and recipient address details and valid phone numbers.

4. Pricing, Payments & Additional Fees

Trip fares are computed dynamically based on distance and presented before booking confirmation. Customers agree to pay the displayed fare along with any direct tolls, parking entrance fees, or approved waiting charges incurred during delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

ASANI SE acts as a technology intermediary connecting customers with delivery partners. While we verify partner credentials and enforce OTP delivery verification, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from road traffic delays, weather disruptions, or improperly packed fragile goods.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
